Former Lake View Quarterback takes Ole Miss Coaching Job

 

OXFORD, MS – Former Lake View quarterback John David Baker has taken over as passing game coordinator and tight ends coach for Ole Miss.

Baker was at USC the past two seasons where he served as the tight ends coach and helped USC land a 4 star and a 3 star recruit at the tight end position. Before he went to coach at USC, Baker was at North Texas where he was an offensive quality control coach. 

John David Baker played his college ball at Abilene Christian University from 2010-2013 and graduated from Lake View High School in 2009.

Baker was named in the 247Sports 30under30 for 2020 where the best young coaches in college are listed.
