WALL, TX — The Wall Hawks escaped Friday night with a win and sole possession of the 3-3A District.
Eastland's potent offense was held in check and only scored twice despite averaging 52 points this season. The victory was not without its casualties though. Running back Chase Rios went down with a leg injury in the first half, and quarterback Mason Fuchs headed to the locker room after suffering a concussion on a roughing the passer penalty.
