Wall To Honor Championship Baseball Team During Friday's Game

WALL, TX — Wall and Midland Christian will face off in Hawk Stadium Friday evening, but the action on the field is not the only reason fans should come out.

Wall will be honoring their 2019 3A State Champion Baseball team with a ring ceremony during halftime of the game.  Both current and former players from that roster will be in attendance. 

The Hawk team finished 39-1 by defeating the Blanco Panthers in a hard fought 2-1 victory.  The team claimed both the Texas Sports Writers Association Baseball Player of the Year in now senior pitcher Caleb Heuertz and Coach of the Year Jason Schniers.
