Pools Released for Concho Valley Teams in State 7-on-7 Tourney

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A total of six teams from the Concho Valley will converge on College Station this week for the Adidas Texas 7-on-7 Championships.

On Monday, the Texas 7-on-7 Organization released the pools for all three divisions that will compete at the tournament.

San Angelo Central is the only Division I representative for the area while the other five will compete in Division III.

The tournament will also feature two rematches from the Sonora SQT with Ballinger and Sonora placed in Pool C together, and Alpine and Eldorado in Pool G.

It's the first time that Eldorado and Ozona have qualified for the state tournament.

The state tournament starts on June 27 and ends June 29.
