Winter Weather Postpones Garden City vs McLean High School Playoff Game

 

LEVELLAND, TX — The six-man high school football playoff between Garden City and McLean scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Levelland’s Lobo Stadium is postponed due to weather.

Light snow fell overnight and the roads are slick, according to UIL officials. The temperatures are just below freezing at 31 degrees F.

The Garden City Bearkats (13-0) will meet the McLean Tigers (13-0) in the UIL Class 1A Division I semifinals Monday instead.

The game is rescheduled for 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10 at the same location.
