Miles' Star RB Nominated for Statewide Award After Stellar Week 1 Showing

MILES, TX-- The Miles Bulldogs throttled Ranger 67-14 to kick off the Charles Boles era.

The Bulldogs found their traction in the second quarter by posting 39 points. It was also the only quarter where Ranger scored.

Heading up the impressive victory was senior running back Mason Bryan.

Bryan rushed for 312 yards and six touchdowns in the win.

That performance earned him a nomination for the Wells Fargo Mr. Texas Football Player of the Week put on by Dave Campbell's Texas Football.
