AREA VOLLEYBALL: Melton's Versatility Shows in Lady Hawk's Dominant Win

WALL, TX-- The Wall Lady Hawks dominated the Colorado City Lady Wolves for a sweep victory on Saturday.

The Lady Hawks won 25-13, 25-9 and 25-7 for the match win.

Mallory Melton got things done in almost every phase of the game in the win, too.

The junior setter led the team in digs (7) and assists (16) while tied for the team lead in aces with three.

In addition to those categories, Melton registered a pair of kills for the Lady Hawks.

Junior Rylee Braden led the team in kills with eight.

The Lady Hawks will travel to Clyde for their next game on Saturday, Sept. 8, at noon.
