San Angelo could benefit greatly from just this one project. Population and job growth for San Angelo is stagnant at .5% for the past several years. Abilene is growing yearly by 6-7%. Read my lips. No more chicken joints. Those types of jobs don't pay a living wage except for maybe the manager.
