Firefighters Battle San Angelo Structure Fire

SAN ANGELO, TX — A house near the intersection of East 22nd Street and Volney Street was fully engulfed in flames Saturday evening, according to emergency dispatch audio.

The fire was reported around 6 p.m. and was knocked out in less than 20 minutes. It was unclear whether anyone was inside the home at the time of the fire or if any injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
