Brews, Ewes & BBQ Festival Returns to San Angelo on March 15

SAN ANGELO, TX – The annual Brews, Ewes & BBQ Festival is set to return to downtown San Angelo on Saturday, March 15, bringing a full day of barbecue, craft brews, and live entertainment.

The event, held at 325 S. Oakes St. from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., will feature food vendors, craft booths, and performances from a variety of musical acts.

Organizers say this year’s festival will be bigger than ever, with 40 local craft vendors, 10 food and brew vendors, and a dedicated hangout space sponsored by Carpet Tech & Cartown Hyundai. The event also serves as a state barbecue competition qualifier, with a $6,150 payout for contestants.

Live entertainment will run throughout the day, featuring performances from Billy Dan’s One Man Blues Band, Nasty Nate Band, War Child, Raks Sanan Belly Dancers, Angelo Xpress Athletics, and the Darren Morrison Band. An awards ceremony will follow the final set.

In addition to music and food, the festival will host a Kids BBQ Contest, where children ages 6-18 can compete in hamburger and pork chop grilling competitions.
