CUTENESS ALERT: Grant Allows Concho Valley PAWS Dogs to Run & Play Together

SAN ANGELO, TX – The Concho Valley PAWS hosted a dog play day on Wednesday afternoon.

According to the City of San Angelo, professionals from Dogs Playing for Life came to town to teach Animal Services staff and volunteers how to safely launch dog play groups at the shelter facilities.

Play groups are part of the Animal Services canine enrichment initiative; the goal is to give insight into the characters of each dog, help to determine which homes would be the best fit for adoptions, improve their stay while in residence and give them an environment outside of a kennel.

Check out the video above to witness the dogs in action.
