WATCH: Angry Cactus U

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Finding a job while getting an education at the same time couldn't have come at a better time in the City of San Angelo. 

In partnership with The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts Tim Condon, Executive Chef at The Angry Cactus West Texas Bar and Grill has launched a new culinary program to give aspiring chefs an opportunity to earn an online culinary degree while working in a restaurant setting. 

Condon along with culinary students Danney Quintana and Terry Don Williams talk about the program and how this opportunity has changed their lives.
