Concho Valley Archaeology Fair Celebrates 50 Years Saturday at Fort Concho

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Experience centuries of regional history at the annual Concho Valley Archaeology Fair, held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, at Fort Concho’s Barracks 6, located at the corner of Henry O. Flipper and Burgess streets.

This free, family-friendly event features interactive activities such as archery, mock archaeological digs, face painting, and more.

The fair is hosted by the Concho Valley Archaeology Society, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary.
