Central's Homecoming Parade Set Around San Angelo Stadium

SAN ANGELO, TX — Central High School’s homecoming parade will start at 6 p.m. Thursday around San Angelo Stadium, followed immediately by a community pep rally, San Angelo ISD said.

The district invited residents to line the route and then move into the stadium for the pep rally as homecoming week continues.

The Bobcats play Abilene Cooper at 7 p.m. Friday at the stadium.

Floats will stage west of the stadium and enter from the southwest. The route loops around the stadium — north along the west side, across the north end and south along the east side — before ending near Little Caesars Pizza and Knickerbocker Road, where floats will park.

San Angelo Stadium is at 1919 Knickerbocker Road. The district urged the community to wear school colors of blue and orange and pack both the route and the stadium.
