Westbound Loop 306 Ramps Closing

SAN ANGELO, TX — Two ramps on westbound Loop 306 will close Tuesday for a roadway expansion project, the Texas Department of Transportation announced.

The westbound entrance from Knickerbocker Road and the westbound exit to College Hills Boulevard will close starting Sept. 8.

The project is expected to be completed in winter 2026-27, weather permitting.

Motorists should plan ahead for delays and drive with caution near the work zone, TxDOT stated.
