SAN ANGELO, TX — College Hills Bodega, a locally owned convenience store at 2843 College Hills, is for sale, according to a Facebook post published by the business Thursday.
The owners said they decided to move on after consideration and hope a local buyer will take over the established business, which offers cold drinks, snacks and an ATM at the corner of College Hills and Milbrook.
“We’ve loved being a part of the San Angelo community, and our biggest hope is to see the Bodega continue under the ownership of someone local who sees the opportunity and wants to make it their own,” the post stated.
The business has infrastructure in place and room for a new owner’s vision, according to the announcement. Serious inquiries are directed to stop by the store to sign a nondisclosure agreement for financial information and additional sale details.
The post thanked the San Angelo community for its support and expressed hope the business would remain under local ownership.
