SAN ANGELO, TX — Keep San Angelo Beautiful will host the annual Tires To Go event on Saturday, Sept. 12, at CRC Roofers Coliseum.
It will begin at 8 a.m. at 50 E. 43rd St.
Keep San Angelo Beautiful is asking the community to bring their passenger vehicle tires and pickup truck tires. People are able to bring up to 25 tires per vehicle.
They ask the community not to bring rims, tractor tires or industrial tires.
"This popular event fills up fast, so gather those unwanted tires, load up the truck, and head out early! Together, we can give old tires a proper send-off and keep them out of our neighborhoods and waterways," Keep San Angelo Beautiful stated in a Facebook post. "Tag a friend who has a pile of tires waiting for the perfect excuse to clean them up!"
Keep San Angelo Beautiful (KSAB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to enhance the quality of life in San Angelo.
