Road Closure Planned for Harris Avenue and Pecos Street

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A section of W. Harris Avenue and Pecos Street will close to through traffic starting Tuesday for sanitary sewer improvement work, according to a city notice issued Thursday. 

The closure will run from Tuesday, July 7, through mid-August. It affects W. Harris Avenue and Pecos Street from N. David Street to Cottonwood Street. 

Detour signs will be posted during the project. All businesses in the area will remain accessible, the notice said. 

The work is needed to improve the city’s sanitary sewer system.
