New Four Way Stop Going up at Dangerous Intersection

WALL, TX — A new four-way stop will soon pop up at a dangerous intersection.

Signage has gone up, and starting on June 17, 2026, the intersection of Susan Peak Road, US 87, and Loop 306 will become a four-way stop.

This intersection is far from the only one that needs stop signs, but there have been several serious and deadly crashes at this intersection. 

Another intersection that people seem to be calling for change is US 87 and FM 2105. Recently, traffic lights went up at US 277 and Grand Canal Road, where several serious crashes have also occurred.

Signs in the area of Loop 306 and US 87 are already up and informing drivers of the change.
