SAISD to Launch Middle School Jump Start in July

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo ISD is launching its Middle School Jump Start program in July at its three middle school campuses. 

The program gives incoming sixth-grade students the opportunity to become familiar with their new campus, learn middle school routines and build confidence before the first day of school.

During the program, students will explore campus expectations, practice daily procedures, meet staff members and learn tips for success in middle school, according to a press release.

Program Details

Who: Incoming sixth-grade students

Where: Glenn, Lincoln and Lone Star Middle Schools

Time: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Session Options

  • Session 1: July 8–9
  • Session 2: July 13–14
  • Session 3: July 15–16

Parents are encouraged to register their student at the campus they will attend during the 2026-2027 school year.
