SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo ISD is offering free nutritious breakfasts and lunches to children and teens ages 18 and younger this summer through its 2026 Summer Meal Program.
The program requires no registration, age or income verification or paperwork. Meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis at participating sites. All service is dine-in only; no grab-and-go meals will be provided.
June feeding sites are:
- Southside Boys & Girls Club, 2762 Ben Ficklin Rd.: June 1-26 (Monday-Friday), breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Reagan Elementary School, 1600 Volney St.: June 1-26 (Monday-Friday), breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
July feeding sites are:
- Southside Boys & Girls Club, 2762 Ben Ficklin Rd.: July 6-30 (Monday-Friday), breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Reagan Elementary School, 1600 Volney St.: July 6-30 (Monday-Friday), breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Bowie Elementary School, 3700 Forest Trail: July 8-30 (Monday-Friday), breakfast 7:30-8:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
- Goliad Elementary School, 120 E. 39th St.: July 16-21 (Thursday-Tuesday), breakfast 7:30-8:15 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
- Glenmore Elementary School, 323 Penrose Drive: July 16-21 (Thursday-Tuesday), breakfast 7:30-8:15 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
This is the 32nd year San Angelo ISD has participated in the summer feeding program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Texas Department of Agriculture.
