Brews, Ewes & BBQ Relocates Due to Weather

SAN ANGELO, TX – Due to forecasted rainfall and to help preserve park conditions, the Brews, Ewes & BBQ Cook-off will be relocating from Bart DeWitt Park to the San Angelo Farmers Market Pavilion and Paseo area at 609 S Oakes St.

Downtown San Angelo, Inc. made the decision to shift the event footprint in order to avoid parking cook-off teams and equipment on saturated grass areas and to add levels of protection from the weather elements.

This adjustment allows the event to move forward smoothly while being mindful of parkgrounds. The BBQ Cook-Off and Kids’ Que will continue as planned, with teams set up in designated areas near the pavilion.

Updates regarding performances and vendors will be shared as needed. Live entertainment will remain tentative depending on weather conditions.

"Downtown San Angelo, Inc. appreciates the flexibility of our teams, vendors, sponsors, and community as we make this adjustment and looks forward to welcoming everyone to the 10th Annual Brews, Ewes & BBQ," information stated.
