SAN ANGELO, TX — Early voting for the March 3, 2026, primary election begins Tuesday, Feb. 17, and continues through Friday, Feb. 27.
The main early voting site is the Edd B. and Frances Frink Keyes Building, home of the Tom Green County Elections Office, at 113 W. Beauregard Ave. in downtown San Angelo.
Hours at the Keyes Building are:
- Feb. 17–20: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Feb. 21: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Feb. 22: Noon to 6 p.m.
- Feb. 23–27: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Four additional polling places will also be open during the early voting period:
- Concho Valley Transit District (Bus Depot), Annex Building, 506 N. Chadbourne St.
- Westlake Ace Hardware (sales floor), 1821 Knickerbocker Road
- Tom Green County CSCD Training Room, 3036 N. Bryant Blvd.
- MHMR Services of the Concho Valley, Jack Ray Room, 1501 W. Beauregard Ave.
Hours at these four locations are:
- Feb. 17–21: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Feb. 22: Noon to 6 p.m.
- Feb. 23–27: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Voters will decide contested state and federal races, including the Texas governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, four Texas Supreme Court seats, U.S. senator, and U.S. House representatives under the new 2025 congressional maps. Both parties also have non-binding propositions—10 for Republicans and 13 for Democrats.
Locally, Republican voters will see contested primaries for county court at law No. 1, county clerk, and Precinct 2 county commissioner.
