SAN ANGELO, TX — Goodfellow Air Force Base is limiting operations to mission-essential personnel only on Saturday due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions.
In an email sent Saturday morning, base officials announced that all programs, events, and activities are canceled.
The Base Exchange and commissary are closed, while the dining facility remains open.
The announcement read: “Jan 24 - GOODFELLOW AFB MISSION ESSENTIAL ONLY. Due to inclement weather and road conditions, Goodfellow AFB will be mission essential personnel only; programs, events, and activities are cancelled. The BX and the Commissary are closed; the dining facility remains open.”
