City of San Angelo Lists Tax Foreclosure Lots for Sale

SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo has listed several tax foreclosure properties for sale, offering lots available for purchase through a minimum-bid process, according to city officials.

The properties are being sold as-is and are available through the City of San Angelo Real Estate Office. Interested buyers must submit bids that meet or exceed the minimum amount set for each property.

Four lots are currently listed:

• 1410 Parker St. in the Alta Loma subdivision, measuring 0.161 acres, with a minimum bid of $14,877.

• 506 N. Browning St. in the Holmes JP subdivision, measuring 0.161 acres, with a minimum bid of $19,000.

• 638 W. Avenue X in the Ben Ficklin No. 1 subdivision, measuring 0.160 acres, with a minimum bid of $13,940.

• 705 E. 17th St. in the Exall subdivision, measuring 0.161 acres, with a minimum bid of $16,160.
