SAN ANGELO, TX — All lanes of Houston Harte between Main and Bell streets reopened Friday after the completion of culvert repairs following the July 4 flooding.
The road had been closed since Oct. 1 due to extensive flood damage to the bridge infrastructure.
Motorists have had to exit and detour through Pulliam Street, causing significant traffic congestion in the area.
The closure was expected to last through the winter, but work crews were able to complete the project ahead of schedule.

If they had built HH the right way, wouldnt have to repair it just like a lot of so called engineered road projects in our areas.
