City Responds to Reports of Discolored Water in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The City of San Angelo acknowledged this week that some residents have recently noticed discolored water in parts of town.

City officials said crews have been flushing hydrants and adjusting the mix of water sources at the treatment plant to address the issue.

The city assured residents the water remains safe to drink and continues to meet all disinfection standards.

The city expects water conditions to return to normal within the next few days.
