Traffic Delays Expected This Week in San Angelo Due to Road Work

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Texas Department of Transportation is advising drivers to expect traffic delays and lane closures at multiple locations in San Angelo this week due to ongoing road work and traffic signal operations.

On Tuesday and Wednesday nights, August 5 and 6, delays are expected at the intersections of South Abe Street at West Concho Avenue and North Bryant Boulevard at West 23rd Street. Work will take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Local law enforcement will be present to assist with lane closures during these hours.

Additionally, on Wednesday, August 6, various lane closures are expected at the entrance of Jody Lane from Christoval Road as part of a separate ongoing project.

TxDOT urges drivers to use caution, follow posted signage, and plan alternate routes if possible.
