SAN ANGELO, TX – Sunset Mall will host the 12th Annual Backpack Giveaway on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 10 a.m. to noon, or while supplies last.
La Esperanza Clinic will provide free backpacks to help local students prepare for the upcoming school year. Local organizations will also donate school supplies during the event.
The giveaway will take place at the mall’s main entrance off Sunset Drive. Organizers encouraged families to register online to participate.
"We also have a lot of fun in store for the event," information stated.
