SAN ANGELO, TX — As of Friday morning, 102 in-person ballots have been cast in the runoff election for San Angelo’s Single Member District 2 city council seat, according to the Tom Green County Elections Office. An additional 22 absentee ballots have also been received.
Early voting is being held at the Edd B. and Frances Frink Keyes Building, 113 W. Beauregard Ave., and continues through Tuesday, June 3. Hours are:

May 27–31: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

June 1: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

June 2–3: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Election Day is Saturday, June 7. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the following locations:

The runoff between Joe Self and Dudra D. Butler was triggered after no candidate received a majority in the May 3 general election. Self received 485 votes (37.83%), Butler received 432 votes (33.70%), and John Bario received 365 votes (28.47%).
