The amendments define billboards, set standards for sign heights, and introduce protections for historical and cultural districts in San Angelo.
A second meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, at the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts, 1 Love St. That session will center on the Cultural District located south of the Concho River and downtown.
