SAN ANGELO, TX - The Angelo State University Planetarium has received four new full-dome astronomy programs that have been added to the spring 2025 schedule of public shows beginning later this month.
The remaining Planetarium shows will run at 7 p.m. on select Wednesdays and Thursdays through May 8, with a break in the schedule for Easter in April. All the shows are open to the public with admission prices of $3 for adults and $2 for children, active military and senior citizens. Angelo State students, faculty and staff are admitted free.
The remaining spring Planetarium shows will run as follows:
- Wednesday, March 26 - Stars of the Pharaohs
- Wednesday, April 2 - Secrets of the Universe* (new)
- Wednesday, April 9 - The Story of Earth* (new)
- Thursday, April 10 - One Sky
- Wednesday, April 23 - Great White Shark* (new)
- Thursday, April 24 - T. Rex* (new)
- Wednesday, April 30 - Natural Selection
- Thursday, May 1 - Astronomy: 3,000 Years of Stargazing*
- Wednesday, May 7 - Exoplanets: Discovering New Worlds*
- Thursday, May 8 - The Cowboy Astronomer
