GoFundMe Established for San Angelo Family After Fatal Crash

SAN ANGELO, TX — A GoFundMe campaign for V’Lesha Pelton and her three children has raised over $22,000 following the fiery crash on FM 2288 that claimed the life of her husband on Monday, Feb. 3.

The fundraiser describes the tragedy as a devastating loss for Pelton and her children, Palmer, Parker, and Paxton.

"V’Lesha is left with the unimaginable task of carrying on without her soulmate while trying to nurture and care for their 3 precious kids," the GoFundMe stated. "Anything you feel led to give will go to making sure the kids are taken care of and will undoubtedly lighten V’Lesha’s already heavy load. Please keep this sweet family in your thoughts and prayers."

The funds aim to help the family navigate this difficult transition and cover immediate needs. The goal is set at $28,000, with more than 130 donations made so far.

Community members are encouraged to donate or share the fundraiser.
