City of San Angelo Honors Employee of the Year

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Butch Messer was honored as the City of San Angelo’s Employee of the Year at an appreciation luncheon Thursday, Jan. 30.

Messer, who has served in the Utility Maintenance Division for 25 years, was lauded for playing a crucial role in ensuring residents always have access to water.

The City’s departments and divisions each selected their own Employee of the Year, and Messer was picked as the overall winner.
