College Hills Boulevard to Fully Reopen Following Final Paving

SAN ANGELO, TX – The City of San Angelo will begin paving a key section of College Hills Boulevard on Dec. 12, with work expected to span six days.

Crews will first pave the west side of the road from Millbrook Drive to West Loop 306 Frontage Road, connecting the surface to side streets. The final layer of paving for the entire roadway will follow. Once completed, all traffic signals along the route will become active.

Two-way traffic will be permitted during this period, though final striping will take place after the paving is complete.
