Ok, so the water maintenance has been occurring and recently the city did over in the Metcalf heights area on South Chadbourne. This was on the 15th. To date the water has a haze that clears only to reveal a vapor billowing off like a small steam engine. How is this anything we're ok to drink, bathe in or even give to our pets. What is this chemical cocktail and what makes it ok? Has anyone else had this experience??
