Fire Engulfs Garage in North San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A garage went up in flames in north San Angelo on Wednesday, Oct. 16, after a fire engulfed the building.

Numerous fire trucks responded to a report of a structure fire at about 1 p.m. on 21st Street near its intersection with Dailey Street.

Heavy smoke filled the neighborhood, but the fire from the garage did not jump to any surrounding buildings.

 

The fire had been extinguished by about 1:30 p.m. Afterward, linemen were seen repairing power lines that were damaged by the blaze.
