Angelo State to Host 'Ram Preview Days' for Prospective Students and Families

SAN ANGELO, TX - Angelo State University's Office of Admissions is inviting local and area high school students and their families to tour the campus and learn more about all that ASU has to offer at its free Ram Preview Day events on Saturday, Oct. 5, and Monday, Oct. 14.

Check in for each Ram Preview Day will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Houston Harte University Center, 1910 Rosemont Drive. Activities will begin at 9:30 a.m. and run until about 2 p.m., followed by a variety of optional tours until 4 p.m.

Ram Preview Day participants will:

• Explore ASU's academic programs
• Hear from current students and faculty
• Learn about scholarships, financial aid and the different ways to pay for college
• Learn about student life and the wide variety of ways to be involved on campus
• Tour the campus, including the University Center, The CAF, the fitness center and more
• Have the opportunity to tour ASU's award-winning residence halls

Participating high school students get to build their own schedule for the day so they can explore different academic majors and career options, tour specific facilities, and learn how nearly 50% of ASU students graduate debt free through the university's affordable tuition, scholarship programs and available financial aid.

Lunch will be provided for the registered students in The Caf, and their families and/or guests may purchase meal tickets at check in.
