SAN ANGELO, TX - The City of San Angelo has announced that the Jackson Street project is set to commence construction next week, ushering in a temporary change in traffic patterns as utility work takes center stage.
Starting January 2 and extending through February 19, Jackson Street, situated southeast and north of the Knickerbocker Road intersection, will witness a reduction in traffic to two lanes—one lane designated for each direction.
This alteration is a necessary measure to facilitate utility work.
Businesses within these road closures are open and access to them will be maintained.
The project's completion date is set for late July 2024.
