SAN ANGELO, TX - Ashley Stahl, an advocate for neglected and abused equestrian animals, founded All About Horses, an esteemed rescue and sanctuary in San Angelo, Texas. For years, Stahl has dedicated her life to rehabilitating, nurturing, and saving the lives of numerous horses, mini-horses, donkeys, and more.
The sanctuary provides a lifelong haven for some animals, ensuring their comfort and care in their twilight years. Others temporarily reside at the sanctuary, receiving veterinary treatment, nutrition, grooming, and rehabilitation, with the aim of eventually rejoining their owners or finding new loving homes.

Operating the rescue is a demanding task that requires considerable resources. Despite relying largely on donations, Stahl recently took on a second full-time job to sustain the sanctuary's needs, emphasizing the importance of continuous support for the well-being of the animals.
To secure a more stable future for the rescue, All About Horses has been approved as a non-profit organization, allowing Stahl to seek government funding while still relying on donations. She encourages ongoing support through various donation platforms, emphasizing that every contribution aids in the provision of essential care for the animals.

Stahl has initiated a Facebook donation page with options for recurring donations, ensuring ongoing assistance for the horses' needs. The donations cover vital expenses like feed, veterinary care, and farrier services for the animals.
As an attempt to spread the word and encourage people to either continue to donate or to donate for the first time, Stahl created a Facebook post on her page,
“I've created a page where people can not only donate but choose to donate with recurring options such as weekly or monthly. I don't expect all of our expenses to be covered (hence why I am working full-time now) but with everyone's help, we are able to continue to assist horses in need. Whether it be rescue or sanctuary couldn't do what we do without the continued support of our community and our followers. All donations go toward feed, vetting, farrier care, and much more for our horses and sanctuary residents. Thank you all for being awesome and for all the continued support we receive.”
For those willing to contribute, donation options include PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle, all directed towards supporting the rescue's operations and the animals' well-being.
