SAN ANGELO, TX - Earlier this morning, the San Angelo Police Department sent out the following NIXLE alert at 6:17 a.m.: "Traffic Lights are out at Glenna and Houston Harte cross. Temporary stop signs are up until repairs are complete."
The signs came out after a crash happened at around midnight -- or just after -- early this morning.
According to a witness, the vehicle pictured below was in a chase with police and attempted to drive down the steep slope to the Houston Harte Expressway.
