Thunderstorms Knock Out Power to Thousands in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The severe thunderstorms Friday evening left thousands of San Angelo residents without power. According to AEP’s (American Electric Power Company) website, as of 9:43 p.m., AEP listed 3,738 customer outages. The outage reports range from Junius Street to Sherwood Way. 

Most of the outages occurred between Sherwood Way and the West Houston Hart Express Way.

Per the outage map, the issues with power should be resolved by 2 a.m. early Saturday morning.
