This is a pathetic SCAM by corrupt City of San Angelo Officials to illegally use $53K of TIRZ funding to avoid enormously expensive City Sign Code violation penalties against Lee Pfluger.

It's also a SCAM by certain City Officials to evade "Class Action Lawsuits" and "Public Corruption" charges regarding its 17-year refusal to enforce blatant Sign Code violations against Lee Pfluger regarding the "Hotel Cactus" rooftop sign.
