SAN ANGELO – Reece Albert Crews Monday were putting the finishing touches on the concrete roadway over Red Arroyo near McDonald's Monday in preparation for partially opening the street Tuesday.

Construction crews will open two lanes of the low water crossing Tuesday morning according to the City of San Angelo.
Here is a previous story detailing construction on the low water crossing on Southwest Blvd.
The remaining intersections on Southwest are either under construction or will be rebuilt before the project is complete. The first phase of the project included repaving all of Southwest Blvd. from Loop 306 to Twin Mountain Lane by Lamar Elementary School.
