Get Into The Halloween Spirit With Spooky Crafts

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –– With Halloween just days away, nothing sets the spooky mood better than Halloween-themed treats and crafts.

Check out the following family-friendly 5-minute crafts:

Spaghetti and Meatballs Hand

Fill a latex glove with uncooked meatball mix, freeze, and remove the glove. Then, add pumpkin seeds as fingernails, and cook in the oven before serving with a plate of spaghetti. 

Creepy Corpse Cookies

Cut out two gingerbread man shapes in pastry dough, then carve a heart into one and spread raspberry or strawberry jam onto the other. Combine the two sides and cook. Add some crossed eyes and stitches with icing to up the spooky mood.

Cantaloupe Witch Fingers

Cut your cantaloupe slices into sticks and slide each onto a wooden skewer. Dip into a green glaze, add a piece of red candy as the fingernail, and enjoy the perfect healthy Halloween treat.
