Goodfellow AFB to Conduct Active Shooter Exercise On Thursday

SAN ANGELO, TX –– On Thursday, October 21st Goodfellow Air Force Base will be conducting an active shooter exercise according to information released from the base Tuesday.

During the exercise, residents in the area may hear a "giant voice" or loudspeaker used to announce weather and safety conditions to the base. Residents should not be alarmed. 

Due to the heightened security measures, visitors and employees may experience delays at both gates.
