Goodfellow AFB: Expect to Hear Cannon Fire Friday Morning

GOODFELLOW AIR FORCE BASE, TX – Goodfellow Air Force Base will be celebrating the birthday of the United States Air Force this weekend. 

The Public Affairs Department at GAFB Thursday issued a press release notifying residents in the area of Goodfellow that they will hear cannon fire Friday morning. 

Here is the press release in its entirity:

Multiple cannons will fire during a ceremony on Goodfellow AFB September 18. The cannons will fire as part of the proceedings between 8-10 a.m.
