SAN ANGELO, TX – The reconstruction of Bell street continues as crews are headed towards Rio Concho Drive.
Currently the City of San Angelo is working on a large reconstruction project that rebuilt Martin Luther King Drive, widened Southland Blvd., and repaved College Hills Blvd. south of Loop 306. The main street that was going to be rebuilt in the project was Bell St.
In January officials with the City of San Angelo reported that the project was 50% complete. Here is the story: BELL STREET UPDATE: The Project is Half Way Done
On June 19, COSA announced that the roadway from Pulliam to Rio Concho is about 35% complete.
This project is set to be complete late 2021. COSA then plans to return to College Hills to rebuild from Loop 306 to W. Avenue N.
