SAN ANGELO, TX — The family of Benito Garcia has set up a GoFundMe to help cover part of the funeral costs his family faces. Garcia tragically lost his life after his 18-wheeler collided with a second 18-wheeler near Bronte.
In the GoFundMe the following message appears:
“My name is Josh Lopez and my mother recently lost the love of her life due to an unforeseen accident. He has been a part of my life for over 10 years and now he is in the arms of our heavenly father. We are asking for any help for funeral expenses and most importantly your thoughts and prayers. Thank you so much, and God bless you all.”
As of the time of publication, the fundraiser has raised over $2,000 in less than 24 hours.
