SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Catholic Bishop Michael Sis offered a special message for all high school and college seniors as they face impact of the pandemic. The majority of in-person graduations have been canceled or modified to adhere to public health guidelines.

This is a really heartfelt message from Bishop Sis, and he really seems like the kind of guy you could share your whole life story with and he'd have some genuine insight into the situation. Whoever started comparing him to Emperor Palpatine from the Star Wars movies is a complete jerk, IMO.
